Overview

The Location Events Display Settings section allows you to customize how individual Location pages are displayed throughout your website. These settings control the appearance of location profiles and the layout of events associated with each venue, helping you create an organized and engaging browsing experience.

Using these global options, you can configure page layouts, manage location information, enable sidebars, and control how related events are presented to visitors.

All settings configured here apply globally to all Location pages unless overridden by a custom Location Single Template.


Location URL Slug

Customize the URL slug used for event locations. This setting controls the base portion of the location URLs displayed on your website.

Enter the custom slug you want to use for your location URLs.

Default: location


Enable Page Title

Enables or disables the page title section on location pages.

Default: Enabled


Container Width

Controls the width of the content area on location pages.

Options: Boxed, Full Width
Default: Boxed


Location Page Layout

Controls which information sections are displayed on the location page. Select the sections you want to show; the display order is fixed.

Available Sections:

  • Location Name
  • Description
  • Thumbnail
  • City
  • State
  • Country
  • Google Map
  • Events
  • Navigation

Sidebar Position

Controls where the sidebar appears on location pages.

Options: No Sidebar, Right Sidebar, Left Sidebar
Default: Right Sidebar


Right Sidebar Widget

Selects the widget area from Appearance → Widgets to display in the right sidebar.

This setting is available when Right Sidebar is selected.


Left Sidebar Widget

Selects the widget area from Appearance → Widgets to display in the left sidebar.

This setting is available when Left Sidebar is selected.


Display Style

Controls how events associated with the location are displayed.

Options: Slider, Grid
Default: Grid


Number of Events to Show

Sets the number of location-related events displayed on the location page.

Range: 1–20
Default: 6


Enable Auto Slide

Enables or disables automatic movement of location-related events when the Slider display style is selected.

Default: Disabled


Pause on Hover

Pauses the automatic slider movement when the visitor hovers over the slider.

This setting is available when Enable Auto Slide is enabled.

Default: Disabled


Autoplay Direction

Controls the direction in which the event slider automatically moves.

Options: Forward, Backward
Default: Forward


Slide Effect

Controls the visual transition effect used when navigating through location-related events in the slider.

Options: Slide, Fade, Coverflow, Flip, Cards
Default: Slide


Autoplay Delay (ms)

Sets the time interval between automatic slider transitions in milliseconds.

Range: 1,000–10,000 ms
Default: 3,000 ms


Number of Columns

Sets the number of columns used to display location-related events when the Grid display style is selected.

Options: 2 Columns, 3 Columns, 4 Columns
Default: 2 Columns


Notes

  • These settings apply globally to all Location pages.
  • Section order can be customized using drag-and-drop controls.
  • Sidebar options are available only when the sidebar is enabled.
  • Related Events settings automatically apply to every location page.
  • Changes take effect immediately after saving the settings.
