Tags improve event organization, enhance filtering options, and provide better navigation across your event website.

Accessing Tags

Navigate to:

WordPress Dashboard → Zozo Events → Tags

From this screen you can:

• Add new tags
• Edit existing tags
• Delete tags
• Search tags
• View assigned event count
• Copy tag shortcode
• Manage event keywords

Add New Tag

The left panel allows you to create a new event tag.

Complete the required information and click Add Tag.

Tag Name

Enter the tag name.

Examples:

The tag name is displayed wherever event tags are shown throughout the website.

Slug

The slug is the SEO-friendly version of the tag name.

It is automatically generated but can be edited manually if required.

Provide a brief description for the tag.

Descriptions may appear on tag archive pages and taxonomy widgets.

The Tags page displays all created event tags.

Each tag includes:

• Slug
• Number of Assigned Events

Assigning Tags

Tags can be assigned while creating or editing an event.

Unlike categories, there is no limit to the number of tags you can assign to an event.
