Overview

The Event Tags Display Settings section allows you to configure how Event Tag archive pages are displayed across your website. These settings control the layout, appearance, and organization of tag pages, making it easier for visitors to browse events based on specific topics or keywords.

Using these global settings, you can customize page layouts, manage tag information, configure sidebars, and control how events associated with each tag are presented.

All changes made in this section apply globally to all Event Tag pages unless overridden by a custom Archive Template.


Event Tag URL Slug

Customize the URL slug used for event tag pages. This setting controls the base portion of the tag URLs displayed on your website.

Enter the custom slug you want to use for your event tag URLs.

Default: event-tag


Enable Page Title

Enables or disables the page title section on event tag pages.

Default: Enabled


Tags Alignment

Controls the horizontal alignment of the tag page content.

Options: Left, Center, Right
Default: Left


Tag Page Layout

Controls which sections are displayed on event tag pages. Select the sections you want to show; the display order is fixed.

Available Sections:

  • Tag Name
  • Tag Thumbnail
  • Description
  • Event Count Badge
  • Events
  • Navigation

Display Style

Controls how events associated with the selected tag are displayed.

Options: Slider, Grid
Default: Grid


Number of Events to Show

Sets the number of events displayed on the tag page.

Range: 1–20
Default: 6


Enable Auto Slide

Enables or disables automatic movement of events when the Slider display style is selected.

Default: Disabled


Autoplay Delay (ms)

Sets the time interval between automatic slider transitions in milliseconds.

Range: 1,000–10,000 ms
Default: 3,000 ms


Pause on Hover

Pauses the automatic slider movement when the visitor hovers over the slider.

This setting is available when Enable Auto Slide is enabled.

Default: Enabled


Autoplay Direction

Controls the direction in which the event slider automatically moves.

Options: Forward, Backward
Default: Forward


Slide Effect

Controls the visual transition effect used when navigating through events in the slider.

Options: Slide, Fade, Coverflow, Flip, Cards
Default: Slide


Number of Columns

Sets the number of columns used to display events when the Grid display style is selected.

Options: 2 Columns, 3 Columns, 4 Columns
Default: 2 Columns


Notes

  • These settings apply globally to all Event Tag archive pages.
  • Layout and sidebar settings are shared across every tag archive.
  • Event listings update automatically as events are assigned or removed from tags.
  • Changes take effect immediately after saving the settings.
