Overview

The Speaker section allows you to create and manage speaker profiles for your events. Speakers can be keynote presenters, trainers, instructors, panelists, moderators, guests, or industry experts participating in one or multiple events.

Creating speaker profiles separately allows you to reuse the same speaker across different events while maintaining a centralized profile containing their biography, company information, contact details, social media links, and professional expertise.

Speaker information can be displayed throughout your website using Elementor Speaker widgets, Speaker Single Builder templates, archive pages, event detail pages, and shortcodes.

Accessing Speakers

Navigate to:

WordPress Dashboard → Zozo Events → Speakers

From this screen you can:

• Add new speakers
• Edit existing speakers
• Delete speakers
• Search speakers
• View assigned event count
• Copy speaker shortcode
• Manage professional speaker information

Add New Speaker

The left panel allows you to create a new speaker profile.

Complete all desired information and click Add Speaker to save the profile.

Speaker Information

Name

Enter the full name of the speaker.

Examples include:

The speaker name is displayed on event pages, speaker widgets, schedules, and speaker profile pages.
