Overview

The Templates section allows you to create reusable event layouts that define how event information is displayed on the frontend. Instead of designing every event individually, templates let you build layouts once and reuse them across multiple events.

Templates support Elementor and the Zozo Event Builder, making it easy to create professional event pages with complete design flexibility.

You can create different templates for conferences, concerts, exhibitions, webinars, festivals, workshops, business meetings, and many other event types.

Accessing Templates

Navigate to:

WordPress Dashboard → Zozo Events → Templates

From this screen you can:

• Create new templates
• Edit existing templates
• Delete templates
• Duplicate layouts
• Preview templates
• Assign templates to events

Creating a New Template

Click Add New Template to create a reusable event layout.

After opening the editor, you can build the page using Elementor or the supported page builder.

Templates can include any combination of event widgets, dynamic event fields, images, videos, maps, schedules, speakers, organizers, sponsors, countdowns, booking forms, and custom content.

Template Title

Enter a descriptive name for the template.

Examples include:

A meaningful title makes templates easier to manage when multiple layouts are available.

Design your event layout using Elementor widgets and Event Builder widgets.

Publishing Templates

After completing the design:

1. Save the template.
2. Publish the template.
3. Assign it to one or more events.

Published templates become available throughout the Event Builder.

Templates can be selected while creating or editing an event.

Once assigned, the event automatically uses that layout on the frontend.

Multiple events can reuse the same template, making updates much easier.

When the template is modified, every assigned event reflects the changes automatically.
